For nearly 35 years, Milio Realty has thrived on the qualities of loyalty, honesty, and transparency with all clients and business associates. We have owned and managed many types of properties throughout New York and Connecticut since our first purchase was made in 1978 by Filippo and Fernanda Milio in Yonkers, New York. Upon the founding of Milio Realty Corp. by President Carmelo Milio, CPM in 2002, we have also successfully offered management services to Owners and Coop and Condo Associations.

Carmelo received a BA in Business Management from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York in 2002 and immediately put his expertise to work establishing Milio Realty Corp. His experience with the company began six years earlier, however, learning all aspects of the real estate business from repairs to brokerage. Since then Carmelo has dedicated himself to investments and property management, participating as a Board of Trustees member of the Building and Realtors Institute (BRI), as Vice Chair of the Apartment Owners Advisory Council of Westchester and The Mid-Hudson Region (AOAC) and as a member of the National Association of REALTORS. In 2011, Carmelo earned the prestigious designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management New York City Chapter (IREM).
